NYZX Resistive Level Switch Operating Principle
The NYZX series resistive material level switch is a device that uses permanent magnet motor to drive the blade to rotate. When the detected material rises to the blade position, the blade rotation is blocked, and the resistance is transmitted to the detecting device in the junction box. The detecting device outputs a switch signal outward and cuts off the power to stop the blade from turning. When the material level drops, the blade resistance disappears, and the testing device returns to its original state by relying on the spring's pulling force, and adjusts the spring's pull force according to the specific gravity of different materials. When the specific gravity is large, the spring tensile force is adjusted to be strong or strongest. On the contrary, adjust to weak or weakest.

NYZX Resistive Level Switch Installation requirements
- Confirm material specific gravity to select blade.
- Confirm installation method and size.
- Please choose the high temperature serieswhen the temperature in the barrel is over 80°C.
- Stop switch junction box outlet must be down, cable fixed screw mother must be locked.

- The controller can be installed at ahorizontal angle of 15°C-20°C to reduce the impact on the material.
- Shaft length adjustable type and steel cable type only suitable for top mounting.
- The rotary resistance switch should avoid being installed directly under the blanking opening.

- The torsion spring is used to adjust the output torsion of the rotating shaft. When the specific gravity of the
