1. Basic principles
Pressure is defined as the ratio of force on a certain area to that area. The core component is a highly accurate piston system component, which generates the pressure required for measurement by loading weights on the component. The piston cylinder and piston rod are made of tungsten carbide, which has extremely low compression deformation and thermal expansion coefficient, ensuring that the cross-section of the piston has good linearity, making this instrument very accurate.
The instrument measures pressure directly by definition (P=F/S), and the piston system is made of high-quality tungsten carbide material, which makes the instrument have extremely small measurement uncertainty and long-term stability with a validity period of more than 5 years.

3. Functional characteristics of piston pressure gauge
1. Patented piston pressure system components, integrated modular design, anti-collision, tool-free disassembly and assembly, easy to clean the piston system and replace the sealing ring, convenient, fast and safe.
2. The motor drives the weight to rotate without manual rotation.
3. The piston displacement data is collected using two infrared distance measuring sensors, which are converted through a self-designed circuit system and displayed on the LCD screen, making displacement observation more convenient and accurate.
4. The voltage regulator has been upgraded and can be pressed to 250MPa with one hand.
5. The piston display system uses a 3.5-inch color display screen to display piston rod displacement, on-site temperature and humidity.
6. Equipped with a quick connector (M20×1.5) for sealing tests.
7. The stop valve and pressure regulator are maintenance-free and easy to operate. The handle is reasonably designed and personalized according to the hand holding posture.
8. The main engine housing is made of 16mm thick aluminum alloy sheet, which is strong and stable. The oil cup has an oil storage capacity of 400ml. It can be customized to increase the oil cup according to customer needs to facilitate the calibration of large quantities of sensors. The cup is equipped with an oil filter device. After the sewage filter device, the oil entering the piston system is guaranteed to be clean, avoiding dirty oil from entering the piston system to cause blockage and damage, or even causing the piston rod to get stuck and break.
9. The oil system has a sewage discharge function, making the maintenance and cleaning process simpler and more convenient.
10. The piston display part is equipped with an on/off key and a displacement calibration button. Quick instructions for displacement calibration can be displayed on the screen through operation, which is convenient for customers to use.
