1. Basic principles
The definition of pressure is the ratio of the force on a certain area to the area. The core component is a highly accurate piston system component. The pressure required for measurement is generated by loading a weight on the component. The piston cylinder and piston rod are both made of tungsten carbide. This material has extremely low compression deformation and thermal expansion coefficient, ensuring that the cross-section of the piston has good linearity, making the instrument very accurate.
The instrument measures pressure directly by definition (P=F/S), and the piston system uses high-quality tungsten carbide material, which enables the instrument to have minimal measurement uncertainty and long-term stability with a validity period of more than 5 years.

3. Functional characteristics of piston pressure gauge
1. Patented piston pressure system components, integrated modular design, anti-collision, tool-free disassembly and assembly, easy to clean the piston system and replace sealing rings, convenient, fast and safe.
2. The motor drives the weight to rotate without manual rotation.
3. The piston displacement data is collected using two infrared ranging sensors, and the data is converted and displayed on the LCD screen through a self-designed circuit system, making the displacement observation more convenient and accurate.
4. The voltage regulator was upgraded and the pressure was increased to 250MPa with one hand.
5. The piston display system uses a 3.5-inch color display screen to display the piston rod displacement, on-site temperature and humidity.
6. Equipped with a meter base quick interface (M20×1.5), which can be used for sealing tests.
7. The stop valve and pressure regulator are maintenance-free and easy to operate. The handle is reasonably designed and personalized according to the hand holding posture.
8. The host shell is made of 16mm thick aluminum alloy plate, which is strong and stable. The oil cup has an oil storage capacity of 400ml. The oil cup can be customized according to customer needs to facilitate the calibration of large quantities of sensors. The cup is equipped with an oil filter device. After passing through the drain filter device, it ensures the cleanliness of the oil entering the piston system and prevents dirty oil from entering. The piston system causes blockage and damage, and even causes the piston rod to get stuck and break.
9. The oil system has a sewage discharge function, making the maintenance and cleaning process simpler and more convenient.
10. The piston display part is equipped with on/off keys and displacement calibration buttons. Quick instructions for using the displacement calibration can be displayed on the screen through operations, making it easier for customers to use.
