1. Basic principles
Pressure is defined as the ratio of force on a certain area to that area. The core component is a highly accurate piston system component, which generates the pressure required for measurement by loading weights on the component. The piston cylinder and piston rod are made of tungsten carbide, which has extremely low compression deformation and thermal expansion coefficient, ensuring that the cross-section of the piston has good linearity, making this instrument very accurate.
The instrument measures pressure directly by definition (P=F/S), and the piston system is made of high-quality tungsten carbide material, which makes the instrument have extremely small measurement uncertainty and long-term stability with a validity period of more than 5 years.

3. Functional characteristics of gas piston pressure gauge
1. The gas piston pressure gauge uses dry pure air or pure nitrogen as the gas source, and the tested equipment is not contaminated. It is mainly designed for clean laboratories, medical industry products, products with a high level of pollution protection, and other testing places with high safety requirements. It is simpler and safer.
2. The product adopts an integrated positive and negative pressure structure. You can easily switch between positive pressure and negative pressure by simply switching the reversing valve, which improves efficiency and saves costs.
3. The product upgrade adds an air intake flow control valve to more carefully and accurately control the air intake flow, avoiding the inevitable damage to the piston system and the instrument under test caused by excessive air intake.
4. The display part is upgraded with a touch-integrated LCD display system, adding functions such as temperature, humidity, and pressure (convertible to MPa, kPa, psi, bar) display.
5. The piston system adopts a new integrated design, which makes the sealing more reliable.
6. The performance of the pressure regulating system is better than that of the oil pressure regulating system. The pressurization process is easy, it is not easy to leak pressure, and it is maintenance-free.
7. The newly developed gas reversing valve effectively solves the problems of the previous reversing valve, making the switching between positive and negative pressure gases smoother and more airtight.
8. The product body is equipped with a safety valve. If the air intake is too large due to operating errors during use, the safety valve will release the gas to protect the piston system from damage.
9. The product is equipped with a fine-tuning valve. When the pressure value is higher or lower than the standard pressure value during the pressurization process, the fine-tuning valve can be used for operation, which is easy and fast.
10. The platform body adopts a right-side semicircular arc design, which is novel and reasonable than the original platform structure, making the layout of the platform components reasonable, and the stability is also improved to a certain extent, increasing the user experience.
